The Dr. Richard Mossey has a full schedule of activities for the year. We convene at 7:00 pm for our regular meeting at the Tripoli Shrine Center (3000 W. Wisconsin, Milwaukee). All are welcome to attend. When outside lecturers are present, fees are $5 for any Wisconsin IBM Ring member and $20 for non-members. September 25, 2019: Magic and Pizza Night
One again, Ring 41 will host Magic and Pizza night! Magic Tricks, Pizza and Refreshments. Come celebrate the first meeting of the 2019-2020 season with magic and pizza. Prepare to show the group a trick to kick off the new season. We will set up the “Magic Round Table” for all the performers. It will be “Open Mic”, so please bring one or more tricks to perform, discuss or teach. There will be plenty of pizza, side dishes and deserts to enjoy. This event is free to all members and guests!
October 26, 2019: Special Event (Outside our Regular Meeting Night)
All members will receive a FREE ticket to the 2019 performance of David Seebach’s full evening show Illusions of the Night. Ring 41 has acquired a block of tickets so everyone can sit close. We did buy some additional tickets for family and friends but the number is limited! If more tickets are needed, which exceeds the number of tickets that Ring 41 purchased, additional tickets can be purchased at the link below. HURRY! The show is David’s all new program and will sell out fast!

October 30, 2019: Halloween Magic Night
It will be Halloween Magic Night at Ring 41. Please bring a trick that embodies all that is Halloween. Haunted Hanks, Haunted Cards, Spirit Rapping Hands, Floating Objects, Spirit Slates, Halloween Pranks, Scary Props, Seance Acts, Second Sight Acts, Rope and Straight Jacket Escapes. Anything goes! This will be a fun evening celebrating Halloween and Magic!
November 27, 2019: Favorite Magic Routine Night
Please bring one of your favorite magic tricks that you can show the group. What magic tricks do you perform on a regular basis? What do you perform outside the club when magicians are not around? Bring some of your “go to” magic tricks to perform or talk about. What tricks do you carry with you at all times? What magic do you perform when someone asks you to do your best trick? Cards, Coins, business cards. mentalism, silk magic, sponge balls, rope tricks, money magic, dinner table magic, ball, cigarette, knives or rings are just a few ideas of what you could bring to show the group.

January 29, 2020: New Magic Trick Grab Bag Night

Dr Richard Mossey Ring 41 is proud to present “New Magic Trick Grab Bag” sponsored by Big Guys Magic Shop. Each member will be given a NEW, high-quality, magic trick selected at random. After a 45 minute practice and rehearsal time, each member will perform the trick. What kind of magic presentation can you come up with? How can you put a new spin on a store bought magic trick? Can you come up with new performance variations and new patter? After the meeting, all members can keep the trick they performed!
February 26, 2020: Guest Lectures and TED Talks
Regional professional magicians will be giving a series of short magic lectures and TED talks. There will be some very interesting surprise guest speakers and performers. This is an event you will not want to miss! It will be jam packed with presenters and lecturers. This event will surely expand your magical horizons and inspire you to take your magic to the next level. The theme will be professional magic for real audiences.
March 25, 2020: April Fools Magic Trick Celebration Night

Unusual props and gimmicks will be featured! Pranks, jokes and unusual magic tricks will be our subject matter. Plan on bringing something that you can perform, display or talk about. Members of the Grafton Grifters will also be there to perform and teach some of their scams and cons that have made them local favorites. Be sure to attend this event so you can prepare to make the most out of this year’s April Fool’s Day!
