1 Larry earned a PhD in philosophy at the University of Illinois
2 As a philosophy professor at Muhlenberg College (Allentown, PA, 1999-2009) Larry ran an internationally acclaimed Theory and Art of Magic program
3 In 2007, Larry founded the Theory and Art of Magic Press, which has published 17 books and magic products
4 Larry is Associate Dean of Jeff McBride’s Magic & Mystery School in Las Vegas
5 Larry’s wife, Dr. Marjorie Hass is president of Austin (TX) College where Larry is a professor.
6 Marjorie is extremely supportive of Larry’s magic career and recently gave an inspirational talk on Magic, Power, and Vulnerability at the 2015 Magic and Meaning Conference
